Click on the Alarms & Clocks app that will appear on the search results. The Windows 10 Alarms & Clocks app has four categories: Alarm, Clock, Timer, and Stopwatch. To add a new timer, launch the Alarms & Clocks app, select Timer, and then click the plus button. Set the name and the amount of time either in hours, minutes, or seconds.
If you want to want trending stories on youtube for two hours and then do your homework, set the timer to two hours. After two hours, the timer will stop and ring to let you know it is time to start your homework. Windows 10 does not allow you to set different sounds for each timer.

The world clock in Windows 10 lets you compare time in different cities and states. To keep track of multiple time zones, launch the Alarms & Clock app, and then click on the World Clock.
To add a new time zone, click the + (plus) button on the bottom left of the app’s window. Type the name of the location at the search button on the top left of the app’s window.
To compare time in different time zones with your local time zone, select Compare. Select time using the slider at the bottom of the app’s window and then click on the location of your interest on the map. Press Esc or click Cancel to stop comparing time.

Using Windows 10 Stopwatch
The Windows 10 stopwatch is helping many PC users measure how long they take to complete a given task. To use the Windows 10 Stopwatch feature, launch the Alarm & Clock app, select Stopwatch, and then click Start.
Select Splits/Laps (the flag) to mark a split or lap when the stopwatch is running. Click expand if you want to increase the stopwatch time display font size.
